OBITUARY
Jack R. Stahler, 74, of Rushsylvania, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2011, at The Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus. He was born Feb 20, 1937, in Lakeview to the late Homer and Nellie Hone Stahler. He also was preceded in death by three brothers Darrell, Richard and Junior.
Mr. Stahler was retired from Super Foods, and enjoyed riding horses and mules, go carts, motorcycles and racing cars and he was well known for truck pulling Other hobbies included going to the One Stop every morning for coffee, and watching his grandchildren play sports.
Survivors include his wife Janice M; sons, Jack Jr. (Stacey) Stahler and Chad (Amy) Stahler; a daughter, Sandy (Larry) McKirahan; grandchildren including Brittany, Jayme and Landon McKirahan and Trenton, Danika, Trey, Jensen, Keaghan and Mia Stahler; sister, Nora (Lloyd) Ferguson; and brother, Dan (Joann) Stahler.
Calling is from 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Jennings Farley Funeral Home, 5591 S. U.S. Route 68, West Liberty, where funeral services begin at 11:30 a.m. Monday.
