After Jacob's death, Rachel migrated to Barren County, Kentucky, with others of her family, and from there migrated and settled in Darke County, Ohio, where she died. Rachel is buried in the Bethel Cemetery. (8) Jacob and Rachel had one child, Valentine (18 Apr 1796 - 9 Jan 1850) who married #1 Sarah Hollingsworth; #2 "Bettie" Harlan; and #3 Mrs. Elizabeth (Polly) Jackson.
