June 25 1847 Jacob Smith and Ann his wife of Morgan County sell to Absolam Kesler their interest in three parcels of land in Morgan County on or near the Potomac River including the eleventh part of two parcels from the estate of Thomas Flora; Ann being one of eleven heirs. The third parcel is 1/4 of 88 acres willed to Ann by her brother Absalom Flora.
