The community showed their esteem and respect by calling during the afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Leeth have spent most of their life in and around Payne. They saw the county grow from a wooded unimproved country to one of the finest counties in the state. Mr. Leeth carried mail out of Payne for about thirty years.
They have raised all their children to maturity and have never had the sorrow of death enter their home. They have been abundantly blessed in many respects and the entire community joins in wishing them many more happy and pleasant years.
