Isaac Ivins, Senr., of Burlington County, married thirdly,
with a license of 21 April 1755, ANN KIRBY, widow of Rich-
ard Kirby of New Hanover Township, said County, who had
died testate in 1740/1. She was born ANN CHESHIRE, daugh-
ter of John Cheshire of Chesterfield Township, said County,
who died testate in 1739. Wife Ann Ivins was named in the Will
of said Isaac Ivins, dated 19 July 1767. —Marriage License
Bonds filed in the office of the Secretary of State of N. J.; this
item among others was omitted from the calendar of licenses
published in the N. J. Archives, 22; the abstract of the Will of
Richard Kirby, dated 14 Oct. 1733, and that of John Cheshire,
dated 16 Apr. 1735, are published in the N. J. Archives, 30.

...He married first, by N. J. license bond of 26 April 1711, Sarah Johnson. She was evidently the daughter Sarah names in the Will of Thomas Johnson of Mannington Creek, Salem County, N. J., dated 30th of 7th month (Sept.) 1696, and the "cousin" (niece) Sarah Ivins named in the Will of his brother Richard Johnson, Esq., of Salem, dated 18 January 1719/20.
