    OBITUARY
    Apple Valley resident of seven years, Ruby Lois Leeth, 80, died on Aug. 19, 2005, of a long-term illness. Born in Batesville, Miss., Ruby lived in the Victor Valley for 20 out of her 51 years in California. Ruby was a wonderful cook and made the best lasagna. Ruby has 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Irene Johnson; and her son, Anthony Costanza, Jr. Ruby is survived by her husband, Walter Leeth of Apple Valley; daughters, Phyllis Ternus of Hesperia, and Mary Scott of Tuscon, Ariz.; step-daughters, Micki Leeth of Burbank, Calif., and Karen Poncedeleon of Georgia; step-son, Jeff Leeth of Kuwait; brothers, Richard and Roger Johnson, both of Mississippi; sisters, Ann Burchfield, Jessie Parke, and Betty McIver, all of Mississippi. Services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Sunset Hills Memorial Park, 24000 Waalew Road in Apple Valley. Gill Plancentia will be officiating. Sunset Hills Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
