    I Michael Knife of the State of Ohio, Miami County, do hereby make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say, I will order and direct that my funeral charges and just debts be fully paid and satisfied and if my personal property be not sufficient for that purpose, I hereby authorize my Executors of this Will to sell enough of my real estate to make up the deficiency of my personal estate for that purpose.
