I Elizabeth Fetters of Stark County, Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows First it is my will that all my Just debts and expenses of what nature soever be fully paid out of my estate. Second it is my will that the Heirs of my Daughter Elizabeth Vansickle deceased be paid one Hundred dollars out of my estate. Third it is my will that the ballance of my estate be divided into six equal share and distributed as follows one Share to be paid to the Heirs of my Daughter Elizabeth Vansickle, dec'd one share to be paid to my son Peter Fetters, one Share to be paid to my Daughter Susanna Henline, one share to be paid to my Son Thomas Fettrs, one share to be paid to the heirs of my son Michael Fetters, dec'd and one share to be paid to my Son Benjamin Fetters. Fourth I hereby appoint my son Benjamin Fetters and John Smith both of Stark County this the Executors of this my last will and testament to settle up and divide the Same as above described. Lastly, I hereby revoke all former wills made by me at any time previous to this and declare this and this only to be my will and Testament. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and subscribe my name.
