In the name of God Amen I Elias Layton being weak in Body but of sound and perfect mind and memory considering the certainty of this mortal Life and being of Sound mind blessed be Almightyy God for the Same do Make and Publish this my last will and Testament in Names? and forms following that is to say First I give and bequeath the unto my beloved wife Elizabeth one third part of my Real Estate her life time and on third part of my personal propperty after all my Debts is paid off.
