Basel Athey and Margaret his wife quit claim to interest in the eleventh part of two parcels in Morgan County, Virginia on the Potomac River that was part of the estate of Thomas Flora, father of Margaret. The land in possession of Prudence Flora. Also one ninth part of land in Morgan County on the Great Cacophon River owned by John Athey, father of Basil, now in Possession of Sarah Athey. Basil and Margaret moved to Richland County, Ohio in 1831.
