	LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JAMES LEETH —In the name of the Benevolent Father of All: I James Leeth of Pike County Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament. —Item 1st. I give and device to my beloved wife all my real estate also my goods and chattels that I may be possessed of during her natural life however selling so much thereof as may be sufficient to pay my just debts. At the death of my said wife the real estate aforesaid I give and devise to my sons Perry Leeth, Levi Leeth, John Leeth, James P. Leeth Samuel Leeth and Elias Leeth each an equal share and to their heirs. —2d. I give and bequeath to the heirs of my son Jesse dec’d one hundred and fifty dollars. Also to the heirs of James Newland and Louisa Newland’s heirs the sum of fifty dollars. Also to Samantha Monroe one hundred dollars to be paid out of my estate after the death of my wife by my executor. I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Perry Leath Executor of this my last will and testament. I also authorize him to sell so much of my personal property as will pay my just debts. In testimony hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of June 1874.
