Jacob (1768 - 1799) m. abt 1795 Rachel Howard (footnote 7: Beverly Yount, compiler, "Tombstone inscriptions of Wayne County, Indiana", Vol. IV, p. p.24, 1970. Rachel and Jacob had one son, Valentine. After Jacob's death, Rachel migrated to Barren County, KY. with others of her family, and from there migrated and settled in Darke County, Ohio, where she died. Rachel is buried in the Bethel Cemetery.)
