Florence Cree, daughter of Robert and Janet Cree, married John Roseberry, who was born in New jersey, April 28, 1761. He enlisted in the War of the Revolution in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, on September 1, 1776, and served throughout the war, after which he removed to the vicinity of Jefferson, Pennsylvania.
