Know all men by these presents that Cornelius Kelly of the County of Shelby and State of Ohio in Consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars whereas paid by Henry Harps of the County and State aforesaid has Bargained and Sold and does hearby grant Bargain Sell and convey unto the Said Henry Harps his heirs and assigns forever the following premises Situate in the County of Shelby and the State of Ohio and Bounded and described as follows viz: Being a part of the North West quarter of Section thirteen (13) Town Eight (8) Range Six (6) East Beginning on the East line of said Section Nineteen (19) chains and forty three (43) links South of the North East Corner of said quarter at a part ____ Beech 16 ID N 8-1/2° W 7 links Beech 19 ID S 67° W 24 links thence South with the East line of said Section twelve (12) chains and twenty eight (28) links to a post ____ Beech 22 ID S 41° W 53 links Beech 22 ID N 41° W 60 links thence West parallel to the North line of said Section thirty (30) chains and twenty five (25) links to a post in the center of Plum Creek Wetlands Blue Ash 22 ID West 50 links Bur Oak 8 ID S 77° E 84-1/2 links thence up said Creek in the center and following the meanders thence to a part ____ Buckeye 6 ID S 35 W 28 links White Ash 19 ID N 49° E 55 links thence East parallel with North line of said Section Twenty Six 26 chains to the place of beginning, containing thirty two and one half 32-1/2 acres be the same more of less.
