Norbert Maxwell
...Fort Wayne -- Norbert L. "Nobbie" Maxwell, 68, of Fort Wayne, died at 4:14 a.m. Thursday.
...He was born in Fort Wayne may 6, 1923, to Louis F. and Nancy Ethel (Leath) Maxwell. A lifetime Fort Wayne resident, Mr. Maxwell was an Army veteran of World War II.
...Surviving are three sisters, Arvada ruble of Kendallville, Marguerite Talmage of Adrian, Mich., and Helen Spangler of Waterloo; and four brothers, Geral Maxwell of Coesse, Dallas Maxwell of Kendallville, and zHarlen Maxwell of Jacksonville, Fla.
...funeral services were held today in Fort Wayne with the Rev. Saundra Craig of Coesse United Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Marion National Cemetery.
...Preferred memorials are to the V.A. Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
