OBITUARY
Lawrence E. Beemer St., 78, 40 Vincent Ave., Troy, formerly of Sidney, died Wednesday at 5:13 P.M. at Stouder Memorial Hospital, Troy.
—He was born July 4, 1907, in Shelby County, son of Henry and Della (Engle) Beemer.
—On Dec. 21, 1968, he married the former Ruth Strayer Fergus.
—She survives with two children, Mrs. Peter (Shirley) Antonetti of Lake Elsinor, Calif., and Ed of Troy; three step-children, Frank Fergus, U.S. Navy, Norfolk, Va., Mrs. Mitchell (Loverna) Dilbone of Sidney, and Mrs. Timothy (Martha) Kozul of Troy; three grand-children and eight step great-grandchildren; a brother, Lester of Indianapolis, Ind., and two sisters, Mrs. Cecil (Ruby) Baldauf of Marion, and Mrs. William (Glenna) Jarbor of Reedley, Calif.
—A brother and a sister are deceased.
—Mr. Beemer was a 50-year member of the Bradford Masonic Lodge, a member of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Dayton, and a life member of St. Johns Lutheran Church of Sidney. He retired from Chrysler Airtemp in Dayton, and had also been a manager of Kroger Stores.
—Services will be held Tuesday at 10;30 a.m. at the Cromes Funeral Home with the Rev. John Schriber officiating. Burial will be in Pearl Cemetery, Swanders.
—Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
